IP Merchandise Design
• Based on the characteristics of anime, toy, and art IPs, complete the external appearance and structural design of Merchandise products (such as stationery, packaging, gift items, etc.)
• Select appropriate product categories and design language according to the audience characteristics of different IPs, ensuring products resonate with target users both visually and emotionally
Graphic Design & Print Production
• Independently complete various print material designs, including but not limited to posters, brochures, packaging, hang tags, stickers, etc.
• Master common printing techniques (such as hot stamping, UV, embossing, lamination, etc.) and independently produce final artwork files that meet production requirements
Design Project Management
• Independently manage the full lifecycle of design projects, from requirement communication, creative ideation, proposal presentation to final delivery
• Maintain design consistency and high-quality output, balancing creativity with practicality
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of graphic design or related work experience; prior experience in IP Merchandise products, cultural creative products, or consumer goods design is preferred
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software with solid art fundamentals and typesetting skills
• 3D design capability is a plus: mastery of at least one 3D design software (such as Blender, C4D, Rhino, etc.), ability to perform basic modeling and rendering is preferred, non-mandatory
• Strong interest in anime, animation, and trendy IPs with the ability to quickly understand different IP worldviews and visual styles
• Good communication and project management skills; able to handle periods of intensive work pace

If you are:
(i) an individual located in Mainland China who visits our relevant website(s) or uses our relevant mobile application(s), or otherwise uses our products and/or services managed and operated by us by phone or any other means from Mainland China; and/or
